I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the rules for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • A return request is submitted within 30 days​ of the delivery date.

  • The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect​ (I shipped the wrong item).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital downloads.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).

  • Any product damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Refund Process

  • Once I receive your returned item and inspect its condition, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 3-10 business days​ for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window.

  • Products that show signs of use, damage not present upon original delivery, or are not in resellable condition.

  • Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact me first.​ Please email me at support@stapleselect.christmas​ with the following:

    • Your order number.

    • The reason​ for the return.

    • Photos​ of the item (especially if it is defective or damaged).

  2. I will respond within 1-2 business days​ with authorization and detailed return instructions, including my return address.

  3. Ship the item back to the address I provide.

Important:​ The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless​ the return is a result of my error (e.g., I sent the wrong or a defective item). I recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to me.
