I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the rules for returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
A return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect (I shipped the wrong item).
Non-Returnable Items:
Digital downloads.
Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
Any product damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
2. Refund Process
Once I receive your returned item and inspect its condition, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products that show signs of use, damage not present upon original delivery, or are not in resellable condition.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error in shipping a wrong or defective item).
4. How to Initiate a Return
Contact me first. Please email me at support@stapleselect.christmas with the following:
Your order number.
The reason for the return.
Photos of the item (especially if it is defective or damaged).
I will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and detailed return instructions, including my return address.
Ship the item back to the address I provide.
Important: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of my error (e.g., I sent the wrong or a defective item). I recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to me.
