Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders from my store. As a solo operator, I prioritize safe, timely, and transparent delivery.
1. Shipping Carriers
I primarily partner with reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the best combination of delivery speed, reliability, and cost for your destination.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
For any pre-order or made-to-order items, the estimated ship date will be clearly noted on the product page.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

4. Shipping Fees
Continental U.S.: Free shipping on all orders over $50.
Continental U.S. (Orders under $50): Flat rate shipping fee of $5.95.
Alaska & Hawaii: Flat rate shipping fee of $10.95.
International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination and package weight.
5. International Orders: Important Considerations
For orders shipped outside the United States:
The customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
Please be aware of your country’s restrictions on certain items (e.g., electronics with batteries).
Providing an accurate phone number and email address is crucial for customs clearance.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Undeliverable Packages
My Error (Wrong/Defective Item): I will cover the cost of return shipping and send the correct item.
Customer-Initiated Return: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
7. Risk of Loss & Liability
All items are insured while in transit until the delivery scan is completed. Once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered,” responsibility for the item transfers to the customer. I am not liable for:
Delays caused by weather, carrier logistics, or customs processing.
Packages lost or stolen after a “Delivered” confirmation.
Seizures or additional fees imposed by destination country customs.
8. Order Tracking & Support
All orders will include a tracking number sent via email. Please contact me immediately if:
Your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package.
The package appears to be damaged upon delivery.

9. Policy Updates
I reserve the right to update this policy periodically. The version published on the site at the time of your order will apply.
